What is BodyCast?
BodyCast is your body's forecast — a daily heads-up about how the weather may affect conditions like migraines, joint pain, allergies and family heat safety, with a clear action for the day.
Is it medical advice?
No. BodyCast forecasts weather-related trigger conditions, not your health. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Always follow your doctor's guidance.
How do alerts work?
You get one clear message the morning of, and — if you choose — an optional reminder the evening before a risky day. Alerts fire at the risk level you pick, so you decide how cautious you want to be.
How do I change my location or conditions?
Open the app's settings to update the conditions you track and your sensitivity. Your location updates from your device when you grant "when in use" access, or you can enter a city by name.
What does it cost?
BodyCast is free. It uses free, open weather and air-quality data (ECMWF via Open-Meteo), so there's no subscription to get your daily heads-up.
When and where can I get it?
BodyCast is coming soon on iOS, with Android to follow. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment it's ready.
Is my data private?
Yes — there's no account, and your settings stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
How do I delete my data or leave the waitlist?
Your app data lives on your device, so deleting the app removes it. To remove your waitlist email, just email hello@getbodycast.com and we'll take it off the list.
